At my recent trip to the International Home Furnishings Show, I saw some inspiring styles.
There is nothing new about using natural products and textures for furniture.
Cane chairs have even been found in Egyptian tombs dating back to more than 1000 B.C. The most recent use for this material was in the 1970's, but this resurgence is not your Mama's metal and cane kitchen chair!
The sharp contrast between the natural colouring of cane and the black on the frames as well as accent furniture make for some timeless drama.
